Georges founded this management consulting firm, which was specialized in business development for small- and medium-sized companies. The company had clients in many different industries, and Georges learned to understand the key variables for each industry quickly in order to provide quality consulting services. McCormick and company is a multinational company specialized in importing, packaging and commercializing retail and industrial spices. Georges managed the sales force and developed new business by negotiating exclusive contracts with large retail chains.

Georges was hired as a district sales manager for the Montreal area, promoted to sales manager Québec, then relocated to Toronto to become sales manager for Québec and Eastern Ontario.
